Delicious baked mozzarella chicken burgers

In about 30 minutes, you can have a delicious mozzarella chicken burger.

Salad Green salads, vegetable salads, long beans, pasta, legume, or grain salads, mixed salads integrating meat, poultry, or seafood, and fruit salads are all examples of salads. Vegetables and fruits are frequently included.

To make a meal out it, it’s typically served with a sunny side up egg (love how the yolk flows into the rice!) and a side of fresh cucumber and tomato (no dressing).

Bean salad is popular cold salad made with variety of cooked beans,
such as green beans, yellow wax beans,
garbanzo beans, and kidney beans, as well as fresh raw onions,
peppers, and/or other vegetables,
tossed in vinaigrette or vinegar and usually sweetened with honey.
It's also delicious as pickled dish.
Bean salad is popular home canned dish.
Salads made this way should be consumed within year for best results.

  1. To soak chopped onions in water, place them in a small dish of water.
This will take the sting out of the onions.
Allow to rest while you finish the remainder of the salad.

  2. Bring big pot of salted water to boil for the green beans (2 Tbsp salt for quarts of water).
Add the green beans to the boiling water and blanch for only minutes,
or until just barely cooked through but still crisp.
  3. big saucepan of salted water should be brought to boil (2 Tbsp salt for quarts of water).

Add the green beans to the boiling water and blanch for only minutes, or until just barely cooked through but still crisp.

Young, fresh beans should be cooked fast.
It may take longer with older, harder beans.

Prepare large bowl of ice water while the beans are cooking.
When the beans are done, remove them from the boiling water and place them in ice water to halt the cooking.
Drain the red onions and green beans.
  4. Toss with red onion, balsamic vinegar, and Parmesan cheese: In large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, red onion, and chopped basil.

Toss in the olive oil to cover everything.

Add the balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese.

    Toss everything together.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle the crispy fried onions over the cucumber and tomato on the side of each plate.

It's also simple to design your own!
Over medium heat, add 1/4 cup conventional soy sauce
(I use Kikkoman) and 1/4 cup brown sugar.

Bring to low heat and reduce until the consistency is similar
to maple syrup.
When it cools, it will thicken even more.

2. Chilli use birds eye or Thai red chillies, which give it
slight heat without making it spicy.

Taste and adjust accordingly.

Chilli paste can also be substituted; add it after the rice has been added.
