Scooping the fruit into bite-sized balls and tossing in dragon fruit adds a fun and spectacular variation to a classic fruit salad.

Description

1 small cantaloupe
1 mini seedless watermelon
2 medium dragonfruits
3 medium kiwis
6 ounces raspberries

Instructions

  1. 1 small cantaloupe, halves and seeds removed Scoop out the meat with a melon baller into a large mixing basin. With the melon baller, halve and scoop out the flesh of 1 tiny seedless watermelon and 2 dragon fruits into the same bowl. 3 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced, toss in the bowl.

  2. Toss in 6 ounces raspberries lightly to mix.

    Leftovers can be kept refrigerated for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
