Another hot summer week full of swimming, lots of outside time and cooling food has passed. Today is a rainy colder day and it’s kind of welcome. The plants need it for sure after a few scorching days! We haven’t done anything special this week but we had lots of fun – what did you guys do this week?
This week I posted three new recipes on my blog! My Smashed Chickpea Wraps are a super delicious and super fast lunch that can easily be made vegan too. My Pistacchio Pesto & Tomato Duch Baby Pancake is out of this world full of flavors! And my Roasted Asparagus & Salmon Salad is the best lunch on a hot day!
